RPM

Just general notes about how to use the rpm-facilities:
    • rpm -Fhv packagename.rpmcan be used to update an rpm with a new version.
    • rm /var/lib/rpm/__* && rpm --rebuilddb if nothing works anymore with the RPM database, use these commands to rebuild the DB again.
